Recently i bought a Premiere Pro 1.5 editing software and i noticed that the package included a PYRO 1394 PCI card. Do i have to install this inside the hard drive before the Premiere Pro 1.5 will work?

no, you don't it should work with most firewire cards that you already have, once you got it installed, you should also go to adobe website and download their latest update so you can be kept up to date.

Have to, no, should you, why not. It's a pci card, pop the case and slide it in.

Make sure of course that you turn the computer OFF (and unplug it) first though.. ;)

I'm guessing from you're calling it the 'hard drive' you haven't done much hardware installation before. If you decide to do it, and want help, let me know and I'll try to talk you through it.
