For those of you who don't know, we're reading and discussing the screenplay of "Bringing Out the Dead" by Paul Schrader right now. We're planning to do a new script evey fortnight. You can find the scripts for free online, all you do is google "screenplays" Zensteve 10-25-2005, 03:59 AM Great plan! I was sneakily following the other thread. Nice to see a dedicated forum for it. CootDog 10-25-2005, 06:34 AM What's a fortnight? knightly 10-25-2005, 09:55 AM google scares me: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=1+fortnight+in+days&btnG=Google+Search clive 10-25-2005, 09:56 AM What's a fortnight? It's two weeks. A quaint old english expression that I've probably misspelled (dyslexia) I figured two weeks was long enough for people with commitments to get through one screenplay. Will Vincent 10-25-2005, 06:57 PM it's "fourteen nights" smashed into one word. Clive, I'm pretty sure you spelled it right. Just that most of us silly americans have quintessentially no knowledge of quaint old english terms. ;) Boz Uriel 10-25-2005, 08:54 PM Whoo Hoo! Our own club. How about a secret handshake? Thanks for the forum Indie! Terrific idea Clive. ;) CootDog 10-25-2005, 10:51 PM I would love to join in but I sincerely don't have enough time to read a script. Dark 10-30-2005, 03:42 PM Is this where the discussions take place? NicklausLouis 10-30-2005, 04:27 PM Discuss "Bringing Out The Dead" here (http://www.indietalk.com/showthread.php?t=8580).
