I am looking for a 250K Investment Deal Template. I have heard of one used by John Lee. I believe he calls it the "Greenlight Investment" Deal. Basically, it states that an investor will put up a certain amount to get the production wings to obtain talent and the rest of financing. As soon as they come to the greenlight phase, then the investor immediately gets back his/her investement plus 15% or 20% of the intial investment.

Does anyone have knowledge of this investment? Do you have a template to pass on stating the lines and what the outline of the deal looks like?

Haven't heard of a 'template' available but it is an easy enough agreement for a lawyer to draft up. Please when entering into ANY legal agreements have a lawyer look things over. Only protects you (and your investors) in the end.

thanks for the advice. I totally agree with you on that one and have actually learned the hard way. Having a great lawyer is key to team building!
