It says it's a documentary, but it all seems really staged... the actor's, the angles, etc... hard to tell from a trailer, but i didn't get the "This is the truth" part... it seemed staged.

re-enactment is spelled incorrectly in the opening...I have to watch the rest yet (my plug-in is stupid for the browser, I have to download and watch everything to see more than 15 seconds of it).

The motion text effect you've used got old after the first line, might want to consider something else, maybe just a fade in...
