I am working on a movie right now that i plan on taking to a film festival. I am using music in it that, which i have to get the rights to play it in the movie before i take it to the festival. How do I go about doing that? Who do I contact? Anyone who has answers please let me know

Look for the copyright on the lable of the music you used. Find their web site and how to contact them would be my first move.
