HD-DVD/Sony FX1,Sony HVR-Z1
Hi,
I would need some expert advise. I am considering buying the Canon XL2, Sony FX 1 or the Sony HVR-Z1. We will do Multimedia projects outputted on DVD and for computer viewing. We need to present it in an international format PAL/NTSC. How about software conversion from either of these formats. Is there a quality loss. I know the Sony HVR-Z1 supports both formats. I also know that the HD-DVD players are coming out 2006.

How important is the 24fps movie look on computer LCD screens vs. the HD vs. video? Does HD improve the viewing on computer screens as well. I assume it would since regular video is only 640x480 and HD gives you 1080. Is this true?
I also would like to know if the Sony HVR-Z1 does HD in 24fps? What would be the best suitable camera?
