Anyone own one of these?

My home made dolly just doesn't transport like this...............thinking of getting one.

Looks neat.. kinda spendy, but neat. (probably wouldn't be too hard to duplicate one as a DIY project though..)

My thoughts exactly. The first thing I ever thought when I worked with a real dolly on tracks was "Dude, I could make one of these". Just make sure you can shim it and your tracks are good. Also, dont forget the camera op/dp needs a place to sit or stand while operating and the dolly grip needs a good place to push (where is the handlebars on that unit?).

The beauty of this thing is it's overall design for transport.

If it is a strong as they are pitching, this thing could be well worth it.

Maybe the DP is supposed to move it around 'flintstones style' his/her feet would be dragging on the ground anyway with the way that little stool is situated (I'd be surprised if it didn't topple over onto the DP actually)
