I recently found this place, and glad i did!. Im totally new to this whole subject and Want to know, whats the best way to go around sound?. Should i record it on another device instead of the cam?.

best way? depends on your budget and the shot you want.

i think it's pretty safe to say you have more control over the sound if you do it on another device. i use a laptop computer and a shotgun mic with a mixer.
