What are the legalities of shooting in a store where there will be lots of brand names visible no matter what you do? How does that translate into needing releases from companies etc. I have a release for the location/business, does that cover it?
I was also wondering about shooting city scapes/skylines that have business names prominently displayed on the sides of buildings. What is the legality there?
Basically, do we need to get releases for every single thing we put in frame even if it's part of a location that we can't remove? How does that translate to my ability to enter festivals that require releases?
