fuzzy screen

hey. is there a filter in FCP to make the screen and sound fuzzy? i'm trying to make a spoof on a 50's instructional video, and i want that effect. thanks.

The quicktime export has a film stock filter that emulates old film saturation and grain. The sound, I don't know...you could probably clip out the bass end I don't know about the fuzzy. You could play the audio through a rigged up cheap speaker out of an old tape player or something and record it with a really cheap microphone that came with the tape recorder.
