With guaranteed distribution you should be talking to the banks, not looking for private investors.

Thanks for the advice, but I understand the way it works. With a budget this small, I'd like to keep it private. Furthermore, most banks are looking for a negative pickup. This is a straight distribution guarantee.

What company has guaranteed distribution?
Is a dollar number attached to the deal?
Was the breakdown and final budget done by an experienced professional?
Is a business plan and full line item budget available?
