Got a good version for about 400.00. A friend of mine edited his on PINACLE, which is less expensive. Many will tell you that APPLE Final cut pro is better than PJC Premiere...there you go. I will be finishing my audio on Premiere...good luck with your projects Forte Flicks 08-12-2005, 12:45 PM Thanks for the info Zensteve 08-12-2005, 12:51 PM If you don't have the budget for the full-fledged Premiere Pro software, Adobe also sells a basic stripped-down version of it called Premiere Elements for $99. They also offer a bundled Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements for $150. (Vegas also has a $99 no-frills version of their software as well. Forgot what it's called) Forte Flicks 08-12-2005, 01:28 PM Zensteve, do you know where I can get the Premiere Elements? Zensteve 08-12-2005, 02:02 PM I've seen it up the road at CompUSA. Here's the Adobe page for the bundled package. http://www.adobe.com/products/psprelements/overview.html ...and here is the Premiere Elements page, where you can download a demo/trial before ponying over the loot. http://www.adobe.com/products/premiereel/main.html I've no idea how good/bad it is compared to PremPro, so it's probably worth doing the demo/trial. Forte Flicks 08-12-2005, 02:13 PM Thanks Denny 08-12-2005, 05:47 PM Its all about the Mac with Final Cut Pro, worth the extra money.. Good Luck. Forte Flicks 08-14-2005, 05:14 PM Man, I'm having a tough time deciding which software to pick. I'll probably have to get demos on all of them. bird 08-14-2005, 08:24 PM Hi Filmmaker22, nice to have you here at Indietalk! |
