As I posted previously, my project is currently undergoing finacing for our endeavour, and it's time to look at equipment we will be needing. Most of it is sorted, however we are having some trouble finding a quality boom mic. Does anybody know which would be best to use? Quality is much more important than price, so if they're super-expensive, post them anyway!

It would be handy if they were readily available in the UK.

My favorites are the Senheisser 416 and MKH60. Either will set you back about 1000-1200 pounds with all the accessories.

Check out anything by DV_DEVA sold on ebay.com. They have a range of kits to suit all needs and price ranges. Just do a search on ebay for 'sennheiser' & you will find their products.
