Anyone have "consent to be filmed" form for actors to sign?
I can't afford a lawyer and I know a lot of filmakers are here and have probably dont this before.
So anyone know what to do?

Although the dramatic content, in this case Gay Lesbian (not porn), is understood by the crew, actors, is there still a liability question - does subject/world of drama per se need to be actually stated in release contracts? Or in the premises or location and any other releases? Is this something to consider in terms of liability? With regard to premises or location, do they even need to know what a movie is about, within reason of course, if it's not main stream? This is just a modest little indie project.

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to....
Sorry. That attachment contract looks to be INVALID. There is no consideration. A contract is not valid without consideration. If they are working for free then say "in exchange for valuable consideration".

Only bumping this because it is related to what I wanted to ask(instead of opening a new thread).
Someone asked this question in welcome, the idea is, if you're filming a documentary, and you have a people shot of people walking by on the street, do you have to get everyone shot to fill out a waiver? Can you avoid this by shooting from the neck down?
This is also all I could find in a search about Waiver Q's.
