Screenwriting ?’s

I am very new to Screenwriting, and I have some questions:

1: How do you write a script outline?
2: What are the more important script terms I should know?

Okay, recent issue of 'Movie Maker' Magazine has Joe Eszterhas just on the inside back cover (happens to be the first page left handed people see :D). He gives his 10 golden rules for screenwriters. I love #4...

"Don't pitch stories, write spec scripts. Why try to convince a roomful of unread egomaniacs that you can write a good script about something. Just sit down and write the damn thing. It's much more honest to do it well than to promise to do it well."

So, my advice would be to learn how to format and write a good spec script. :D

The other nine rules are totally amazing! Go buy a copy of Movie Maker TODAY!
:secret: (that should satisfy the nazi copyright lawyers)

I am sure everyone is familiar with the text Screenplay by Syd Field. The first book anyone should read on writing a screenplay. Add a little Robert Mckee and some Joseph Campbell and Speilberg should be calling you in no time.
