Hello! First-time post here. I am submitting my short film (approximately 9 minutes) to film festivals. How long should my preview reel be? Should I submit the entire film or a few minutes? (Okay, that was two questions!)

You submit your entire film on a DVD, VHS, or whatever the fest asks for. Every festival is different, but submissions are pretty straight forward.
