Wherever you get them pressed, they will do the cases, booklets, shrink wrap, etc.

There are Photohop templates, there's not much one can do in Word.

also UnderCoverXP is also good, do a search on yahoo.

Unless your insert has only text, Word is not a very good program for making the design. If you can use PhotoShop or Illustrator, you can download all kinds of DVD inserts from

I can't afford to get DVD's pressed; all are burned on DVD-R's when sold.

If you need them designed, I'm your guy. I don't do the printing, but I could make a killer package for you.
