I need a tripod!

...Hey, everybody! I need a tripod. I have already decided that I want a bogen-manfrotto something or other, I am willing to go as high as $300. I have a Panasonic DVX 100a. Does anyone have any suggestions on a tripod or a tripod package? I would like it to already have a good head on it so I can set it up and go. Relatively light, but VERY STURDY.... will consider everything...

My preference is always for Vinten legs, it might be worth checking out ebay for second hand.

The first five or so are under $300 and have a fluid head (imperative). The 501 is a great low cost head.
