Is it a good school? Is it worth the money?

I took my first filmmaking courses from an early incarnation of SFI ten years ago. Also definitely check out Northwest Film Forum, they are great! Since you are in Spokane, I'd visit both in person before deciding. Several PA's on my shoots came from SFI. It seems like an okay way to get started.

I will definitely look into the Northwest Film Forum.

I plan on going to Seattle in July to visit the SFI and now Northwest Film Forum.
