Does SAG have different rules regarding shooting on video versus shooting on film? If you are a member of SAG I know that they don't allow you to act in ANYTHING non-union on film, even if you're a producer, executive producer or anything.... You cannot act in a non-union film. However I heard that there may be different SAG rules regarding movies shot on VIDEO. Does anyone know anything about this? Any truth to it?

If you're still talking about a feature film shot on video, with intended theatrical release (in the best of worlds)...there's no difference.

There is no difference. You can do a low budget or experimental agreement with SAG so that you don't have to pay the SAG actors to be in your film/video. However, if the project does see any money, you must pay the actors first.
