The Port City Animation Festival is currently seeking the most creative and entertaining animated short films from all over the world. Located in Wilmington, NC, the festival is a three-day showcase of all kinds of animated films. The deadline to enter is July 30. The festival is scheduled for Sept. 16-18, 2005.
