No kidding.. John you need to get yourself a nice thick padded suit or something...

maybe just live in football gear all the time, full pads helmet and mouth-guard..

How do you break a tooth while you're asleep?

Is it that nighttime tooth-grinding thing that they have commercials for (with perhaps the grossest sound effects I've ever heard)?

I am. it's really disturbing cause i've had people wake up to the sound of my teeth grinding, and once my brother thought a clock was breaking... but no it was just me. it's really kinda bad cause i've ground down my left canine tooth. it's not pointy anymore just flat...
