I remember that in the Austin Film Festival program from October that they were advertizing one- I think its still going on-

I just saw something about it somewhere a week or two ago, so yeah, I would assume it's going on. ;)

AFF (http://www.austinfilmfestival.com/) has long been over. SXSW (http://www.sxsw.com/) might be having something of the sort, but I'm not sure.

Nokia man checks, and has a full signal, dials someone.. as soon as he puts the phone to his head the signal drops, this happens repeatedly until he breaks the phone.

Poor Nokia guy. Just wants some enlightenment.

I dug the on-hold film. Been there before.

The kidnap version looks great. I love the idea too. The only thing i dont like are the blue mats in the first two frames. I think they clash with the yellow nokia man. Apart from that its great!

It could do with a few changes, what do you think? The sound quality needs improving a lot. Perhaps I could have Engelbert Humperdinck's "Please release me" at the end in monotone?
