thanks guys means a lot.... just taken pain killers and drinking a coffee at ny desk, took me and the wife 35min to get myself out of bed lol, i think i give up on sleeping in the bed.

I haven't broken many bones before (only my skull...) but I know from my one experience that it sucks a lot! Get well man!

I was on my bike as a pedestrian just about to make the last turn down the hill to my flat and I hear this car come flying out of the jag ( pub ) and he passed me then slams on his brakes cutting me off into an oncoming car, thank god I did not hit him however the guy I did hit the guy that cut me off goes flying over the meridian and his ass end spins out and blame that's what I hit, fell over the bike into him then jumped to my feet as fast as I could grabbing the bike and ran to the side of the road, the guy the did not hit me went after the guy after he took off so I'm hoping that the don't know one another.
