How do I stop the tweens from frame to frame, when using Bezier points to make masks?

I guess I could export each frame singly... but that's a lot of frames.

Is there any way to export as a movie from After FX (4.1 to be precise), where the masks are just counted as single instances in each frame? Currently the tweens are killing me. :cool:

I need to brush up on my terms...but are you just trying to stop your mask from moving?

If so, then click the stopwatch on the position, then advance one frame and click again and you'll have 2 points that you can adjust to move or stop.

I don't think this helps.....
