Apparently it was the result of a very nasty systemic infection. The infection stemmed from a wound (common to paralyzed people, my guess is it's something like a bed sore.)

In addition to being remembered as a wonderful actor, I hope he'll be remembered as an advocate for spinal injury research.

Mr. Reeves was an exceptional human being and the world is a better place because of him. For that alone he is an inspiration.

Mr Reeve was an incredible man.

Even before his crippling accident, he was working hard to bring important social and political issues to the table.

He continued doing the same afterwards, and managed an ongoing acting career.

Here here! And you know he had to be a great guy on a personal level, as he was surrounded by many, many people who stuck by him through thick and thin.

Big Boss Man Died!!!!! When Did This Happen

3 Weeks ago on a big Heart Attack he was only 42 also Mr Perfect aka Curt Hennig died in 2003 and a really dramatical fall was the British Bulldog in Febuary 2002 with only 40 Years :(
