So I'm reading the Oct 2004 issue of CACV, the title of the article is HOW TO PUT YOUR VIDEOS ON THE WEB, and who should have a few quotes in the article, none other than Sonnyboo's Peter John Ross. The article ( a good read) even contains a picture.
