Use of Logo's in a Promo Video

Hi,

new user here. I've just finished a Promo EPK for a musician who's had his songs on tv shows and films. For the EPK I want to use the Show's logo and the Networks logo during a montage showing which shows his songs have appeared in. Do I need written permission to use these logo's?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Its between the Artist and the Logo owners\buyers. It should be in the contracts.

I think YOU are safe, IF your doing this promo as "work for hire" meaning that your not claiming any ownership of it, just doing what the customer wants. Just have your friend sign a contract with you saying that he has rights to all the collateral he delivered to you.

As always, see a real lire, I mean lawyer...
