A financial plan should be done by an accountant or a registered financial planner.

If you're talking about a budget, then a Line Producer is your go to guy.

I don't do multi international budgets. It's beyond my resources for realistic numbers. I'm small potatoes.

But, my rep is very impressed with the credits and experience of the line producer I know and trying to persuade to help or recommend a good collegue, if he doesn't have the time.

Actually, for something this big (18 episodes), and variations in budget from one country, the cost will be astronomical. I think I should offer a partnership into the business. That would be something valuable to this venture.

The cost for a single script is one thing. But, a full season of episodes is another ball of wax.
