Most of what you want to know is in this and other forums. Here's an exercise for you. Since this production was uploaded in May of 2012 are you far enough away from it to critique it yourself? Often the creator of a movie is too close to see clearly. What do you think could make your productions better? What have you learned?
 
Most of the improvements I think could be made are in picture quality and audio quality, which cost some money.. Image stability is an issue as well, we're going to get a glide soon, but I've learned that planning makes things better.
 
How about story and dialogue and the extent of you characters powers? It seemed a few times that the runner should have been killed. Try to get more out of your actors. Get other actors interested by showing them your work and what you plan to do next. Having better tools can help but its story story story. You can build a lot of great camera stabilizers from PVC pipe. Look on youtube.
