    The Sacramento Film Festival is seeking entries for our 2004 event scheduled the first week in October.

    [list:033291c045][list:033291c045]This is our region’s premiere Cinema event devoted solely to film arts.
    All genres are encouraged to apply including Animation, Latino and Environmental themes.
    Films must be a Sacramento premiere.
    Regular deadline is July 15. Late deadline August 15th

Wait, Im confused. Is it only Latino, animation and Enviormental themes only?

Why Latino? Im caucasian and since Latinos are the Majority in california I feel sort of violated that you didnt include European, Asian and African and Native Americans along with those in the Middle East.
