Camera Lenses that has about 35-50mm Length on a Crop Factor of 1.6

I'm looking a 35-50mm budget equivalent for my 600D. Mainly to be used in filming. L Series is beyond budget :/

I've been eyeing for Canon EF 28mm 1.8. Should I consider other lenses?

Rokinon, Samyang, Bower, Pro-Optic, etc... Same lenses but branded different. Stunning quality at an amazingly affordable price. Completely manual control so you aren't paying for the auto features of more expensive glass.

They have a 35mm in addition to 14, 24 and 85. Trust me, L quality stuff at a killer price.

The canon 28 you mentioned is ok. Avoid the sigma and Tamron lenses like the plague. Every one i've used is soft and has a weird color shift.

Haha, I said avoid Sigma and Tamron. The L series is brilliant, some of the best glass available for Canon and absolutely worth the money, but on a budget the other recommendations are great.
