Final Cut refresher course help?

I may have to take a crash course in Final Cut in a couple of weeks, and I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions on a book or something to get. I am very familiar with all the Adobe Products and I haven’t used FC in at least 4 years and even then it was an older version. Any suggestions. I know theory and all that, I just need a refresher on which buttons to push to do what, and what the new capabilities are and how to use them.
