If I am going to shoot some actors in front of a green screen in a documentary style interview, what lense should I use?

Im just shooting a mocumentary and I want it to look michael moore style but since a lot of his stuff is Video I couldnt figure out which lens to use to make my interviews look similar to his...
Why not just start with the lens that came with your camera and see if it'll work? Hmm?
DSLRs aren't the best camera for Green screen stuff... but they'll work with a really well lit screen.
If you want a tight of the head, use a portrait length lens like an 85mm, really anything 50-130.
For a medium shot, use a wider lens. Greenscreen is pretty simple shot compositions generally. Light it bright, stop down the aperture and increase your DOF. You want the entire foreground to be in focus. If the front fo the face is in focus, but the rear is soft, you won't have very much fun trying to get a clean key.
But yeah, since there's no background to worry about or weird shooting conditions, most any lens will do you.

I decided to isolate the actors in light and keep the background black.
That's what I did in some of my scenes -- made it amazingly easy for me in the editing suite.
