Pencil Head's Dusk Til Dawn Film Fest is accepting entries for its 2004 premier.

This is a festival for short films (30sec. to 45min. in length). All Genres are welcome with cash prizes awarded. Foreign languages also welcome with English subtitles. This is an opportunity for small-scale and independent Texas filmmakers to showcase their work.
