Festivals don't give a crap. Qwest will never see this, and if they do, they won't give a crap.

Some festivals will care, specifically, the ones that are big enough get you recognition. We got DQ'd from a competition for having a recognizable logo on a shirt.

Shake, Nuke or AE can track that logo for a shot, then just cover it with the same yellow as the rest of the cover. I've had to do this before, looks seamless.

I didn't see any logo. If you're nervous then that can be fixed in After Effects in like 2 seconds, especially since it's a still shot.

When you cut away to the hood, it's quite visible now

AE, Shake or even just your NLE should be able to cover that up relatively convincingly.
