Looking for feedback on every aspect. Cinematography, editing, grading etc.

Well...

Believe me, I'm not a fan of frenetic "ipod commercial" editing, but this is a bit of the other extreme in the sense that you hold some shots a REALLY long time. The shot of the clock at the beginning. You rack focus to it, show the time... show the time.... show the time.... and then.... FINALLY cut to the next shot. You kind of repeat this pattern of holding a shot for what seems to be much longer than needed, to the point of the audience wondering why.

Not crazy about the constant crazy shallow DOF and racking focus all over the place. Some of those shots need deeper focus, too much time with nothing meaningful in focus. It can be a useful technique, but overused.

It's really dark, REALLY dark in spots, which can be ok, but when most of the film is that way it can be a little distracting.
