How is there a soundtrack when you haven't filmed it, and why are you only seeking 2K? Is this a very short short?

I have a soundtrack because I know what I need. I not making this movie the hollywood way I'm making it the inZane way.

This is a full lenght film, with special effect (guns, explostions, flaming sword and amazing fights) The reason I'm asking for so little is because thats all I need to make it.
