with the poptent stuff its gets complicated.. I don't want any excuses or delays in getting my money! (I already spent it!)

It depends the class of the commercial. Like if it was court ordered it would have to be bigger, than if it was a pharmaceutical commercial. Also it depends what the commercial audibly says like all the "fine print" in drug comms is said.
