Shooting super 16. It appears that our final format is going to be beta. What happens in between?

Telecine to a beta master > Transfer to dv > Edit (using avid film scribe) > Produce EDL > Conform using beta master > Sound design, mixing > optical track > beta final?????

Can we make a 24p digibeta print?

Are we close here? I know that there are many options, but we still have not recieved a clear, confident path.

Sounds like you need a post production supervisor. You can also consult the lab you will be using. Call them up, and arrange a meeting. If you are bringing them business, they will be glad to help you with the whole process.
