Your short looks interesting! congratulations. The first of many festival showings , i am sure.

I just returned from the Great Lakes Film Festival and I'm proud to announce that my film, "Off the Wall" won the "Best of the Fest" prize.

This was quite an honor, given the quality of the competition. While I didn't see all the films, nearly every film I did see was quite good.

Everyone involved with the festival was very nice and I met a number of film makers from around the US. Having never been, I had no idea what to expect from Erie. The traditionally blue collar city isn't exactly bustling, as you can see from the attached photo. But they're working to bring the arts to the area, which is one of the goals of the festival.

I'd recommend that anyone participate next year!
