A scene I plan on shooting involves shooting in a supermarket and getting batteries and cases of water. Will I have any problems if the product logos are in the shot Duracell/Energizer and Aquafina etc.

What is the proper thing to do in this situation? This will be made for film festivals.

Hey everyone...Film it how you see it, but for Legal matters dont focus on the logos. I would suggest stock footage for one, and for 2 I would make a a prop of batteries to use in the scene. It would save trouble...legal trouble that is.
