I'm working on a piece for this festival, the submission deadline's may 13th.
Anyone ever been involved with winnipeg's film community? I'm hoping to get involved, I've been slowly accumulating gear / knowledge, and hope to make it into the scene.
They don't really have very much info on their site,.. how do these things usually work, do I hand in a dvd of my work?
