I want to get music from a person to use for my film but I don't have any contract to give to the person. I am not good with writing my own contract so i was wondering if anyone has a contract that they can give to me which i can be able to do a little adjustment to fit my needs.
Please send it to my email: crystalbluepictures@hotmail.com
Thanks.

Its a bit more complicated than just handing a contract over and saying sign this. You need to ask permission first. Then you need to find out their terms of use. And then provide a contract or get them to provide one.
Hope that helps :)

I haven't looked through this, but there are many many many forms here: http://filmmakeriq.com/2009/04/588-free-film-contracts-and-forms/

As Total Composure said if you have not already approached the composer you may need to do some negotiating. You may even find you need to go through the artists publisher or record company.

You need a combined Synchronization and Master Use License Agreement. One licenses the recording's performance from all of the musicians, and the other is a license from everyone who contributed to writing the song.

As always, there's at least one contract for free here
