I just check KEH, they do buy.
However I have an ultrawide fisheye lens and some other things I would like to sell with it.. so would craigslist/ebay be my best option?

Nice wide adapter; too rich for my blood though. 
I'd start a thread in the classifieds, let the simmer for a while and if you don't get any bites, put it up on eBay.
Not sure CL is the way I would go; how much traffic does CL get in your area?
