I have written a five page short. Most people have heard of the Stages of Loss/Death (Kubler-Ross): Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. For matrimony, I add "Panic".
There is no dialogue, it is mostly visual. However, it would benefit from a soundtrack.
It's the kind of short that would make a good YouTube or classroom project. No money required, just screen credit.
