I haven't made any phone calls yet, but as far as online advertising and websites are concerned, I don't see any companies in Richmond that will do that. I'm quite sure I can find a few in D.C., but I'm thinking if I'm going to send it out of town, what's the difference between Fedex-ing it to D.C. vs. Fedex-ing it to L.A.? Slightly slower turnaround if I send it to L.A., probably, because of transport-time, but I feel like I'd probably be sending it to a company for whom this is a much more regular business, so I think a couple extra days wait is worth the trade-off.
Long-whinded-answer-short -- I'm okay with shipping to a different city.
