“LA VIRGEN”
Wildfire Productions is casting "La Virgen," a modern day revelation story in which a troubled teenage girl encounters a manifestation of the Virgin Guadalupe at a rave. There will be a flexible schedule of 5-8 full shooting days (on weekends) and will begin in mid February and end in April. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, but preferred.
SEEKING CAST:
Lucia, LEAD, female between the ages of 14 and 25 (could pass for 16), could pass for Hispanic, preferably with Hispanic accent
Abelinda, female between the ages of 16 and 30 (could pass for 19), could pass for Hispanic, preferably with Hispanic accent
Yeseña (Lucia’s Mother), female between the ages of 35 and 60 (looks middle aged), could pass for Hispanic, preferably with accent
La Virgen, female between the ages of 16 and 30, could pass for Hispanic or black
Extras: male or female, 14 and up, all shapes and sizes

Compensation: will provide meals while shooting, credit in a film which will be submitted to festivals, a copy of the final film, a stunning reference letter, and deferred compensation, payable upon profit (if any) from a distribution deal. Non-union.
