Acting This Particular Role

I'm wondering how any users here would go about acting this particular role I have for a character.
The character will be the lead (and one of the only) characters in a short film I have an idea for that will, for the sake of argument, be referred to by it's working title "Inside His Head".
The main premise is a man wakes up in a room with no memory of how he got there, the majority, or all of the dialouge, is compromised of the man arguing with his reflection.
How would you act this part?

I'm aware of different actors giving different interpretations, I guess I should have rephrased asking how people would interpret the role.

There... well there is no script yet, I have no idea how to start it.

I would say that more important than your question is: how do you introduce this character to the audience?

99% of these amateur films fail due to poor openings. They don't hook anyone to care what the outcome is. Unless you have some clue how to write for the screen, you may be just spinning your wheels.
