Tips on making a Drama?

Everyone starts off a blank slate Roc, come on now :)
Pacing is timing, right? Like, making sure the story line is continually moving. Having scenes that are slower, as in, two people talking intimately, then scenes that are fast paced, like, the two talkers arguing and yelling and things are getting quite heated, and oh look, we've come to a climax.
Does that make any sense?
Is that even right? Lol

Yeah -

I think it's in Bonnie and Clyde where near the end of the film the camera cuts like 100 times in 30 seconds or something. (huge exaggeration.)

Fast = action.

Slow = dramatic and lulling the audience.

But there are slow action scenes...

It all depends what your movie is about.
